We’re delighted to have received a nomination for Best Corporate and Business Communications Campaign in the Yorkshire and Lincolnshire region at the prestigious 2017 CIPR PRide Awards.
The nomination recognises our work with Elland-based Orchard Energy, to position them as the energy broker of choice in a crowded and competitive marketplace, across a broad target audience.
Recent PR activity capitalised on the deregulation of the water market in England and Wales to make organisations aware of the changes from April 2017, as well as supporting Orchard’s recruitment drives, and delivering a social media strategy to showcase key messaging and drive traffic to the website.
The Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) is the professional body for public relations in the UK and the largest membership organisation for PR professionals in Europe.
The CIPR PRide Awards recognise the outstanding work delivered by agencies throughout the UK, across a range of categories.
The winners will be selected by a panel of leading industry experts and announced at an awards ceremony at Leeds Town Hall on Thursday 30 November.
Faith PR’s founder and managing director, Stefanie Hopkins, said: “We’ve been working with Orchard Energy for a number of years now, and have succeeded in raising their profile across a variety of key industry areas through compelling content and the establishment of strong, working relationships with members of the media.
“Being shortlisted for an industry award is always an honour. Having your work scrutinised by fellow PR professionals, then praised is a privilege. We are looking forward to celebrating the team’s hard work on the night.”
Last year, our team won Gold for Best Education Communications Campaign for its work with Hipperholme Grammar School, and Best Event for Turtle Bay, Huddersfield.
The news also follows a string of new client wins for our team, the recruitment of three new full-time members of staff in 2017, as well as three clients being shortlisted in the Forward Ladies Yorkshire, North East and Scotland regional final.
