A leading local PR and communications agency is celebrating after being shortlisted for two industry awards.

Faith PR, based in Thornhill Beck Lane, Brighouse, is one of the finalists in the PRmoment Awards 2020, which seek to celebrate excellence and recognise and reward outstanding campaigns and exceptional talent in the UK PR and Communications sector.

The agency, which handles the PR for regional, national and international clients, is in line for two awards:

Community Engagement Campaign of the Year’ for the campaign it delivered together with Browndog Design to raise awareness of the inaugural WOVEN textiles festival last year across Kirklees. The event was initiated by Kirklees Council and coordinated by curators HATCH to bring together the local community to raise awareness and instil pride in the district’s textile heritage, creativity and innovation and future opportunities.

Faith PR has also been shortlisted for the ‘Automotive & Transport Communications Campaign of the Year’ following its work in positioning Land Rover Defender modification specialist Twisted as the ultimate ‘curator’ of the Defender across the UK and more recently, North America.

Founder and managing director of Faith PR, Stefanie Hopkins, said: “It’s fantastic to again be recognised by the industry for the work we do to build awareness and showcase the successes for some of the organisations we work with.

“It goes to show that small agencies can also compete alongside larger firms and still produce award-winning PR and material. It is a testament to the team’s hard-work and determination to get the very best for our clients.”

Faith PR, which was recently also a finalist in the CIPR PRide awards 2019 for ‘Outstanding Small Public Relations Company’ in Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, is set to join the other shortlisted firms for the PRmoment Awards 2020 ceremony at the Hilton Deansgate on March 18, in the heart of Manchester.
