Next in our Meet the Team series is Office Manager, Nicole Jowett! 

After joining as the agency’s first ever apprentice whilst studying Business and Administration at Kirklees College, Nicole progressed to become our Office Manager. She successfully got a bookkeeping qualification under her belt and today provides operational support to the Faith team, helping everything to run smoothly. 

What’s the most unusual or interesting hobby you have outside of work? 

I don’t really have any unusual hobbies – I tend to spend most of my time at parks or play gyms with my two young children. I do enjoy cooking or reading a good book when I get the chance. 

What is your favourite productivity hack or time management technique that helps you stay organised and focused? 

Not a ‘hack’ really but every Monday I write everything down that I have to do and add new jobs to it, I then highlight the things I’ve done in green so it’s nice to be able to see my list gradually changing to green! I also use my inbox as a to-do list so once I’ve completed something, I file it away and try and keep my inbox to the minimum.


What do you find most rewarding about your work?  

I think I’d say just having the office running smoothly and everyone having access to everything they need. 

How do you like to relax after a day at work?  

Usually with my feet up on the couch watching something rubbish and mindlessly scrolling through social media (and being sucked into video after video on TikTok!). 

Do you have any tips/hints on how to start the day on a positive note? 

Don’t have children that you bicker with and have to wrestle into clothes, haha! On a serious note, I just try to get up in plenty of time so I’m not rushing around and have everything ready the night before, so everything is organised. 

What’s your favourite Friday night dinner?  

Hmm, pizza is usually top of the list!
