The Faith PR team is living the dream – after being appointed to wake-up the media and let them know all about a new, social sleep-happy app named Snoozle.

Called Snoozle, and available in Android and iOS, the free app replaces the persistent piercing ringing of alarm tones with ‘Snoozles’.

Snoozles are 12-second voice messages which, when sent to friends and family, play at the time the recipient has set their alarm clock. Whether funny anecdotes, love notes or daily reminders, Snoozle personalises how users wake-up.

Birmingham brothers Phil and Dan Neale – the brains behind the innovative app – have crossed counties to appoint Brighouse-based Faith PR to dial into its contacts book and create a media buzz around Snoozle’s official launch this month.

“We first started speaking to Faith PR whilst Snoozle was in its beta stage and the team have really helped to raise our profile. They’ve been engaging with regional and national media and are now taking it to the next level to generate coverage across different consumer media,” said Snoozle CEO, Phil.

“Their contacts and relationship with the media was something we couldn’t afford to miss out on and we’re excited to see what national, regional and broadcast journalists think about Snoozle. We want to wake-up the nation and get people out of bed on the right side!”

The app dream became a reality after Phil kept having to manually save good luck messages and revision tips the night before his university exams because he wanted to wake up to friendly voices to prepare him the right way ahead of a big day.

Phil began developing the idea alongside managing family singing group ‘The Neales’ – which included brother Dan. The Neales were Britain’s Got Talent 2015 finalists and had a self-released single peak at number six in the Official UK Music Charts alongside artists such as Rihanna and Drake.

An amazing crowdfunding appeal last year also saw Snoozle smash its £100,000 in less than 10 hours to become the ‘Number One Investment Opportunity’ on website Seedrs during the week of its campaign launch.

Stefanie Hopkins, managing director of Faith PR, said: “We are really excited about the launch of Snoozle. After seeing the success of Snoozle’s crowdfunding campaign and how quickly their target was achieved, coupled with our conversations with key media, there’s been fantastic feedback about how innovative this app is as well as being fun, creative and something with massive potential.”

Faith PR’s launch activity with Snoozle follows on from the West Yorkshire agency’s campaign work which generated media interest for an afternoon tea unveiling at Elland venue, Bertie’s, last month.

Faith PR was established by leading PR strategist Stefanie Hopkins in 2007 and now works with brands on a local, national and international scale. The agency was a May finalist in the PR Agency of the Year (under 10 employees) category at the 2018 Prolific North Awards.
