Freya Lovedale

We recently welcomed Freya Lovedale to our team as a Business Administration apprentice, here’s what she thinks of the industry so far…

Hello, I’m Freya and I joined the Faith team as part of my business apprenticeship. I’m really enjoying it so far and I can’t wait to see what the future brings!

What college course are you currently doing?

Level 2 Business Administration at Kirklees College.

Why did you choose an apprenticeship?

I chose an apprenticeship because I wanted to be in a formal environment surrounded by a team who could help me develop my skills.

How are you finding things so far?

So far, I have to say that I’m loving it! Everyone is so kind and easy to talk to which creates a lovely environment to work in.

Were there any unexpected surprises?

I was pleasantly surprised when I learnt there was an office dog.

What’s something we wouldn’t know about you from your CV?

I started to play the cello age 7 and continued to do so until I was further up in high school.

What job would you be really bad at?

Any job that requires a sense of direction really!

Any surprise talents?

I like to think I can do some great celebrity singing impressions however I feel like some people would disagree and say I do a good cat impression…

If you had an autobiography, what would it be called?

‘Oh Fudge…’ My parents call me fudge and it’s a phrase frequently heard at home when something goes wrong!

You’re a new addition to the crayon box, what colour would you be and why?

I would be a yellow crayon, bright and cheerful.
